Facilities
The school has excellent facilities including an IT suite. All the classrooms are equipped with the latest technology including interactive whiteboards. The children also make use of a variety of IT equipment including i pads and digital cameras.
Other facilities include large playing fields for PE, a wildlife area and a trim trail.
Within school we have a large hall that is used for assembly, drama, music, PE and Christmas productions and festivities. We are also fortunate in having a separate dining hall where the children can eat either a hot meal or their own sandwiches.
The staff and Governors of the school work hard to ensure that the needs of every child are met.
We currently have 140 children on roll in school.
The number of teaching staff employed, including the Headteacher, in September 2024, will be seven full-time. Additionally, 11 support staff are employed to support the children in their learning.
The Chair of The Governing Body is Dr Sophie Newton
The Headteacher is Mr Rob Cook.
If you telephone or visit our school, you will initially speak to Miss Milner or Mrs Ross, who will be pleased to help you with your enquiry. If your enquiry is concerns admissions please contact Calderdale LA.
